Dulce de Leche is a soft cream, very sweet, and very good for breakfast or tea time. It is made with milk and sugar, and it has a nice brown color. It is very popular among young people, but it is also the main ingredient in most of Argentinian pastries and cakes. At home, it is usually spread over bread, like Nutella, but it is also eaten with bananas and other fresh fruits for dessert.
